Our cleaning service cost is highly variable and specific to your needs, based on the square footage of your home, the type of service you choose (standard, deep clean, move-in/move-out), the condition of your home, and any selected extras, if applicable. By Providing all the necessary details through our online contact form, we will be able to reach out to you ASAP and provide an accurate pricing estimate!
Yes, we prioritize your safety and the environment. We use safe and eco-friendly cleaning products and methods to ensure a healthy and sustainable cleaning experience for your home. The majority of our cleaning products are from Attitude, an eco-friendly manufacturer. In the bathrooms we may use products containing bleach, like soft scrub or Clorox toilet bowl cleaner. If you'd like us to use a specific eco-friendly product, we'd be more than happy to do so. Simply have it set out ahead of time and we'll go to work.
You do not need to be home during the cleaning appointment unless you prefer to be. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and our professional cleaning team can handle the job efficiently whether you're present or not. Every Keep cleaner is background checked, fully insured, and have personally cleaned Jenn's (one of our owners) home.

With the click of a button you can view and customize upcoming appointment times and services directly from there.
The frequency of cleaning appointments depends on your preferences and needs. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time deep cleans. We recommend getting on a recurring schedule; our recommendation is to start a recurring schedule with an initial deep clean and then regularly scheduled standard cleans to maintain your results long term and enjoy a clean space indefinitely!
We only accept Credit Card payments at this time. Please note, while Cards will not be charged until AFTER the cleaning appointment is completed, we will place a hold on your Card the morning of your booking. You will need to submit a valid Credit Card to secure your booking.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50, and re-scheduled appointments a fee of $25.
