How much does your cleaning service cost?

Our cleaning service cost is highly variable and specific to your needs, based on the square footage of your home, the type of service you choose (standard, deep clean, move-in/move-out), the condition of your home, and any selected extras, if applicable. By Providing all the necessary details through our online contact form, we will be able to reach out to you ASAP and provide an accurate pricing estimate!

Are your cleaning products safe and eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize your safety and the environment. We use safe and eco-friendly cleaning products and methods to ensure a healthy and sustainable cleaning experience for your home. The majority of our cleaning products are from Attitude, an eco-friendly manufacturer. In the bathrooms we may use products containing bleach, like soft scrub or Clorox toilet bowl cleaner. If you'd like us to use a specific eco-friendly product, we'd be more than happy to do so. Simply have it set out ahead of time and we'll go to work.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning appointment?

You do not need to be home during the cleaning appointment unless you prefer to be. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and our professional cleaning team can handle the job efficiently whether you're present or not. Every Keep cleaner is background checked, fully insured, and have personally cleaned Jenn's (one of our owners) home.

Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes, we occasionally offer special promotions and discounts, especially for recurring services - if you get on a regular cleaning schedule with us you will enjoy lower rates than booking individual appointments! Be sure to check our website or contact us for information on our current offers. You can sign up to our newsletter to get updated on our latest offers!

Are you Insured?

Yes, we are fully insured providing you with peace of mind and protection for your home. Upon request, we are happy to provide backup proof and documentation!

Can I request specific cleaning tasks or customize the cleaning service?

Absolutely! You can request specific tasks or areas of focus to ensure your complete satisfaction. This can be done by contacting us directly by email: info@honeyhomecleaners.com or phone: (818) 665-6624. Alternatively, you can log onto your customer profile! With the click of a button you can view and customize upcoming appointment times and services directly from there.

How often should I schedule cleaning services?

The frequency of cleaning appointments depends on your preferences and needs. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time deep cleans. We recommend getting on a recurring schedule; our recommendation is to start a recurring schedule with an initial deep clean and then regularly scheduled standard cleans to maintain your results long term and enjoy a clean space indefinitely!

How can I pay for your services?

We only accept Credit Card payments at this time. Please note, while Cards will not be charged until AFTER the cleaning appointment is completed, we will place a hold on your Card the morning of your booking. You will need to submit a valid Credit Card to secure your booking.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50, and re-scheduled appointments a fee of $25.
